This week I got a new puppy. I named her Petunia, she is a Boxer/American Bulldog mix, and is just 3 months old! She is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen, but I forgot how much work it was to have a new puppy around! She always needs something, and I feel like I have a kid lol Last night she hogged the entire bed and I barely got any sleep. I tried to get her to sleep on the dog bed, but that wasn’t happening- she wanted to lay right next to me… Hopefully we’ll come to a compromise eventually on who gets which side of the bed!
Who else is excited for THANKSGIVING?! I’m so excited to stuff my face, eat as much as I can, and spend time with my family. This is one of my favorite times of the year- it’s so cozy and it’s all about family, and now that I have a puppy to cuddle with in this cold weather I’m pretty happy. I hope you all have a great Thanksgiving and spend it with your loved ones.
Hello My Loves,
I’m sitting here in Granbury, TX on break from tour. I am staying at my childhood friends parent’s house and it is currently storming outside, it felt so good to feel the rain! We need to bring some of this rain back to Cali! Anyway, I wanted to let you guys know I am going to start blogging my life on the road so keep an eye out for lots of posts coming your way on what I wear, eat, and what happens on this girls ” glamorous” lifestyle on the road.
Speaking of “glamorous” we decided we were going to cook teriyaki chicken, squash, and a salad for dinner. Lets just say the lovely smell of chicken baking in the oven turned into an awful-black-smoke-burning-garbage smell, and the whole house began to fill with black smoke. Steve (my lead guitar player) decided he was going to cook the chicken on a flat pan so all the grease would drip onto the bottom of the oven… pretty sure at one point there were flames down there! We had it under control, and didn’t even need the fire extinguisher- and thankfully the chicken still tasted good! If we die you guys know why and should show the police my blog lol
Im excited for you guys to get to know me on a whole new level!
